This new law firm is growing. McGarvey PLLC opened in February 2020 and needs to add an attorney to ensure a consistent level of service to clients. The practice of law is changing and we are on the forefront of that change. The way we interact with clients is continuing to evolve. But what is the same: we will provide a high level of client service and responsiveness. We work with our clients to handle their concerns and achieve their goals. While business is business – it can be personal. We help clients make the best business decision while dealing with emotional responses.
McGarvey PLLC seeks a 4-5 year attorney to assist in handling a mix of real estate (title disputes, commercial leasing, contracts) and business litigation and transactions and probate/fiduciary litigation. You will be responsible for handling a docket of litigation and/or transactional matters with minimal oversight and assigning tasks to subordinate attorneys and paralegals. Ideal person would have a desire to develop relationships with clients and build own book of business - and even have some of their own business (but not required); commit to handle and assist in pro bono cases; be curious and seek to learn new things; be open to a mix of remote and in-office work; and pursue hobbies and activities outside of the office.
